Alfredo "Santana" Ortega, 56, living in San Antonio, Texas said "Peace Out World" on October 22 nd , 2021. Al was born in Orange County, California. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and cousin. He was a great friend to anyone that was worthy enough to cross his path. Where he excelled was as a caring and loving father to anyone who needed unequivocal love. Al was a musical genius who could spot the perfect genius who could spot the perfect sound in a theatre, down to your own car. Ask One World Theatre in Austin, Texas and Tower of Power (IYKYK). Sports fanatic through and through he supported the Los Angeles Lakers, San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and University of Southern California Trojans. His passion for cooking rivaled none. His "Al'bondigas", fried fish tacos, mole, and too many other dishes to mention, will be missed at family gatherings. Preceded in death by his Father Jose Ortega, Sister Reyna Mary Ruiz, and Brother Jesus Hector Ortega. Al is survived by his mother Margarita Ortega, Brother Manuel Ortega, Sister Christina Childers, Beloved Friend Roxanna Acosta, Son Fabian Ortega, Daughter Vanessa Amaya, Son Albert de la Cruz, Daughter Christine de la Cruz, Daughter Haze Ortega.
