He was a great friend to anyone that was worthy enough to cross his path. Where he excelled was as a caring and loving father to anyone who needed unequivocal love. Sports fanatic through and through he supported the Los Angeles Lakers, San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and University of Southern California Trojans. His passion for cooking rivaled none. His "Al'bondigas", fried fish tacos, mole, and too many other dishes to mention, will be missed at family gatherings. Preceded in death by his Father Jose Ortega, Sister Reyna Mary Ruiz, and Brother Jesus Hector Ortega.
