Miguel G Alaniz Jr. passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 84. He was born in Charlotte, Texas on April 24, 1938, to Miguel and Inez (Garza) Alaniz. He is survived by his wife Rosalinda Alaniz of 63 years; Daughters: Annette Garza (Rudy), Lisa Bueno (Ruben), Christa Gonzalez (Patrick); Sister: Georgia Koch (Jim) of Colorado; adored by 7 grandsons, 5 granddaughters and 17 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Antonio Alaniz and Rogelio Alaniz and seven angel - great grandchildren.

Miguel lived a long full life; he was blessed with many talents. He was a musician, a woodcraftsman, a carpenter, inventor, avid hunter and fisherman and to his children and grandchildren the best storyteller and jokester, and a hero to his daughters. He touched the lives of many people over the course of his life. Though he may no longer be here on earth he is and will forever be in our hearts. He continues through our walk of life to be our Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather great grandfather and Father-in-Law We know that he is rejoicing now in the presence of God his Creator with his loved ones that have gone before him. Until we meet again.
