It is with great sadness that the family of Roy Thatcher Jr announces his passing after a brief illness on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at the age of 57. Our beloved Roy Jr was born in San Antonio, Texas. He was a devoted member to the community and of El Carmen Catholic Church. He was known and loved by many for his infectious smile, selflessness, pure heart of gold and strong faith in God. Roy Thatcher Jr. will be infinitely missed but always remembered.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents Roy Thatcher Sr, Noelia Thatcher, and his brother Ricky Thatcher.

Survived by his siblings Edelmiro Thatcher, Robert Thatcher, David Thatcher, Steve Thatcher, Sandra Thatcher, Marivel Thatcher, Jennievee Valdez, Omalee Thatcher and many relatives and friends.

Visitation will begin on October 16, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. at the Grace Countryside Funeral Home - 479 S. Loop 1604 W.  San Antonio Texas 78264
